Four Bermuda Umpires To Officiate In Belize
Four members of the Bermuda Cricket Umpires Association [BCUA] have been selected to officiate at the 6th Annual Central American Championship in Belize, which features 10 countries competing over 5 days.
The umpires selected are Roger Dill, Craig Brangman, Oscar Andrade, and James McKirdy
In addition to officiating the Bermuda umpires will also deliver a 2-day umpire training course for locally interested persons. Roger Dill will also oversee the match officials in the competition in the capacity of tournament referee.
BCB President Lloyd Fray said: “I am very proud that we have been able to bring this opportunity to our local umpires to gain further international exposure for them.
“We are fortunate to have many umpires with ICC experience and the BCB continues to be fully committed to their development. I wish all four umpires the best of luck and look forward to them representing Bermuda with pride and passion on and off the field.”
