Two Hour Video: Lecture With Three Top Chefs
The Bermuda College hosted the ‘Bermuda Triangle of Celebrity Chefs’ which featured celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, Executive Chef Dennis McIntosh from the Moon Palace Jamaica Grande in Jamaica, and Executive Chef Keith DeShields from Bermuda’s Cambridge Beach Resort & Spa.
Bermuda College Culinary Instructor and Presenter Chef Teneika Eve served as the moderator for the event, in which the three chefs — who were all born and raised in different areas of the world — shared their culinary skills based on their cultural backgrounds and culinary philosophies.
The well attended event started with the Chefs giving presentations before opening the floor to questions, which was a lively and entertaining affair, with the Chefs frequently making the attendees laugh as they answered their questions.
