Court: 36-Year-Old Denies Assault & Threat
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 36-year-old man denied uttering threatening words and assaulting a woman.
Damany Burchall pleaded not guilty to uttering threatening words to a woman, with the Court hearing he allegedly said to her: “I’m going to f***** kill you. Just take me to jail.” Burchall also denied unlawfully assaulting the same woman.
Burchall was ordered to appear for Mention on 14th June and was granted bail at $2,000 with an order to not have any contact with the woman.
