Catherine White New Print Series At &Partners

Contemporary gift and design store & Partners — located at 46 Par-la-Ville Road in Hamilton — said they are thrilled to announce the release of a new series of limited edition Bermuda inspired prints by Bermudian artist and Interior Designer Catherine White.

There will be an event to celebrate the release this coming Wednesday June 21st from 5pm to 7pm to introduce the three new prints as well as giving the public a chance to meet the artist.

& Partners currently has on display one of Catherine’s prints titled “Sand” and the popularity of this print has it’s collectors excited about the 3 new works.

“The minimalist approach that Catherine uses when approaching the Bermuda landscape is a perfect pairing for our shop and we couldn’t be happier to be providing a platform for this Bermudian designer and artist,” the company said.

“We love art and design in all it’s forms and feel very strongly that alongside our Scandinavian, US and international offerings we have high quality Bermudian made pieces.”

“To that end Catherine joins a growing group of exciting Bermudian makers including Laura Elizabeth Glass, Beelovers Beekeeping, Alex Davidson woodworking, Concrete Works and Rebecca Little Jewellery in the &Partners showroom.

Ms. White is a Bermudian Interior Designer who works in Bermuda, London and internationally. She studied at the Wimbledon School of Art and then onto The Nottingham Trent University, where she gained her BA[Hons] degree in Interior Architecture and Design in 2005.

Having worked in various prestigious design studios, both in London and internationally for 11 years, she launched Catherine White Interiors in 2011. Previous employers include Foster and Partners, Dalziel and Pow and Virgile and Partners.

Locally her projects have included the Interior design for the new TABS Flagship shop on Reid Street as well as being the Retail Interiors Consultant for the brand new Alexandra Mosher Jewellery Flagship shop on Front street next to the & Partners showroom.

& Partners regular scheduled hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday’s 10am to 5pm. In addition, during summer Harbour Nights Wednesdays the shop is open until 8pm.
