Entrepreneur’s Breakfast Event On June 8th
Business strategy, HR and development consultant, Jenny Smatt is set to launch e2e [entrepreneur to entrepreneur] Bermuda with an entrepreneur’s breakfast event on Thursday June 8th at The Harbourfront restaurant.
The event is open to entrepreneurs seeking to boost their business, network with fellow entrepreneurs and get the tools and mindsets to better manage their business.
Smatt’s company, Ontru, is a full-service business strategy, human resources and training solutions firm and e2e is a brand new division providing guidance, support and a collaborative environment to small and mid-sized business owners.
The e2e programme connects entrepreneurs and business owners, while providing tools to motivate, reduce stress and maximize profitability on their journey of business growth and expansion.
Ms Smatt outlined the profile of the e2e target audience saying, “The e2e programme will benefit business owners and entrepreneurs who have started their business, have clients, have revenue, and who are looking to take their business to the next level.”
She elaborated, “They may be doing well and want to continue growing but need fresh ideas. Or they may feel passionate about what they do but be exhausted and concerned that the current model isn’t sustainable. At Ontru, we know that it can be challenging owning and operating a business and getting to the ‘next level’ requires more “owning” and less “doing” to scale up.
“Leveraging our extensive experience with facilitating strategy planning sessions and delivering high quality training and coaching for businesses across industry sectors, we are well positioned to show our clients how, and support them through this critical next stage of growth.”
The launch event will feature a segment on setting big bold goals and encouraging business owners to think radically differently about the structure of their revenue and expenses in order to achieve the personal and professional lives they define for themselves.
