LIV Bermuda Set To Begin On July 7th
LIV Bermuda, described as “the ultimate social experience,” is set to take place from July 7 to July 9, encompassing four different events.
Organized and owned by DeShae DeShields, in partnership with Leyde St. Leger, LIV Bermuda is a locally produced event that attracts international visitors to the island to “experience Bermuda like a local,” while also helping to raise money for Big Brother Big Sisters [BBBS].
A spokesperson said, “Visitors experience Bermuda ‘like a local’, enjoying events such a raft ups, beach parties and boat cruises. This year the LIV Bermuda weekend will be kicking off on Friday, July 7 and run through until Sunday, July 9.”
“As a former Big Sister, Ms. DeShields has dedicated part proceeds from this year’s event to support Big Brothers Big Sisters Bermuda.”
Ms. DeSheilds said, “When I returned home from university I immediately applied to become a ‘Big’ because I wanted to have a positive impact on the youth in our community. I was blessed to be paired with a special young lady who changed my life forever.”
“Years later BBBS is still close to Ms. DeShields heart and she is not only putting her money where her mouth is but also encouraging others to get involved as well.
“We are very grateful to DeShae and the team of LIV Bermuda for selecting BBBS to be the recipient of part proceeds of their upcoming events,” said Patrina O’Connor-Paynter, Managing Director of BBBS.

Over the three days, LIV will host four different events: on Friday, July 7th is the “Fantastic Friday Night Beach Party” from 10.00pm to 2.00am; on Saturday, July 8th is the “Day Dreams Day Beach Party” from 11.00am to 6.00pm and the “Dreams All White Club Party” from 10.00pm to 2.00am; and on Sunday, July 9th is the “LIV Raft Up FantaSea Yacht Party” from 12.00pm to 8.00pm.
