Pitcher & Richards Are Cricket Players Of Week

One Communications and the Bermuda Cricket Board announced that the One Communications Premier League ‘Player of the Week’ is Oliver Pitcher Jr. of St. David’s CCC, while the One Communications First Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Dean Richards of PHC.

A spokesperson said, “One Communications and the BCB are pleased to announce that the One Communications Premier Division ‘Player of the Week’ is OJ Pitcher of St. David’s CCC. OJ scored 92 runs providing the foundation for his team’s total of 271 runs. As captain of the team he led his bowlers and fielders to a comprehensive 168 run victory over Cleveland CCC.

“The One Communications First Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Dean Richards of PHC. Dean scored an unbeaten 64 runs off 79 balls to allow his team to score a match winning 226 runs in their game against Devonshire Rec.
