Photos: YAO Cubs Defeat Angels & Marlins
[Updated with photos] The YAO Baseball League continued this weekend with a double header which saw the Cubs defeat the Angels 18-3 and Marlins 17-2.
Cubs Defeat Angels 18-3
In the first game, Cubs beat the Angels 18-3. Cubs were led by Riley Rego with four hits. Cubs started off strong scoring 4 runs in the first and scored in every inning with another 4 in the fourth and 5 in the fifth. Angels were led by Kaelin Paynter and Matt Ingelman. But a strong defense by the Cubs held the Angels to 3 runs. Cubs did not commit any errors.

Cubs Defeat Marlins 17-2
In the second game, the Cubs beat the Marlins 17-2. Cubs were led by Justice Hammer with 3 hits. Riley Rego pitched 3 strong innings. Marlins were led by Dariyon Davis with two hits. Th Cubs were too much for the Marlins scoring 7 runs in the bottom of 4th, which resulted in the mercy rule.
