Validus Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based Validus Holdings, Ltd. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per common share. The common share dividend is payable on December 29, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2017.
In addition, the Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on the Company’s Series A 5.875% Preferred Shares and Series B 5.800% Preferred Shares of $0.3671875 and $0.3625000 per depositary share, respectively. The Series A and Series B Preferred Share dividends are payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2017.
