Assured Guaranty Declares Quarterly Dividend
Assured Guaranty Ltd. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share, an increase of over 12% from the quarterly dividend of $0.1425 per common share that was declared on November 1, 2017.
Assured Guaranty has raised its quarterly dividend for seven consecutive years, bringing the total increase to 256% since its November 2011 dividend payment of $0.045 per common share.
The dividend is payable on March 21, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2018.
