Teenagers To Stand Trial For Murder In October

March 5, 2018

Three teenagers charged in a British Court with the murder of 17-year-old Bermudian Lyrico Steede in Bulwell, UK, are expected to go on trial on October 2, according to the Nottingham Post.

The report said, “The date was provisionally arranged at Nottingham Crown Court today [Monday, March 5].

“Two 17-year-olds – who cannot be identified due to their ages – and Kesharn Campbell, 19, are all accused of the killing of Lyrico in Stock Well, Bulwell, on February 18.

“The case was listed at crown court today for the opportunity for legal representatives to make any bail applications. But Judge Gregory Dickinson QC was told by lawyers no applications for bail would be made today. The judge said the trial – expected to last three weeks – should be before a High Court judge.

“A 17-year-old girl has also been charged with assisting an offender and is due to appear at Nottingham Youth Court on Tuesday, April 3.”
