Court: Man Charged With Accessing Child Porn

A man who is facing multiple counts of accessing child pornography had his arraignment pushed back for the second consecutive day.
Yesterday, the man’s lawyer was not on the island, and, today the lawyer asked for it to be pushed back as he needs to review the indictments.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons at this point, is scheduled to have his arraignment on Monday, April 16 with a tentative trial date set in August.
