Photos: Premier & MPs Visit Seniors Homes
Premier David Burt today visited three east end seniors homes –Sylvia Richardson Care Facility, Dorothy Crane Nursing Home and Cynthia’s Rest Home — where he was accompanied by Deputy Premier Walter Roban, Deputy Speaker of the House and Aging Well Committee Chair Derrick Burgess, and MP for St. George’s West, Kim Swan.
Premier Burt stated, “Today was a great opportunity to spend some time with Bermuda’s seniors. We had a brief tour of the facilities, learned some history and celebrated a 90th birthday.
“This Government is fully committed to our seniors’ on-going health and welfare. Today’s visits gave us an opportunity to hear which services are working well and how we can work to continue to provide support for our seniors.”
Kissing the hands of people that made Bermuda.
Look at the makeup of the a-holistic kissers.
Sad
Is this all he can do???
“Hair” why so negative??? Then you type of people want us to get along, it can’t happen with these types of comments.
Mr.Priemer and Team keep up the good work! Do not worry about these haters. You are going back to the people who put the PLP back in power. Plus it was someone’s 90th birthday! When I reach that number I would be happy to be visited by my Premier.
indeed that’s all ……
Always negative. You are not only puzzled, but rather sad.
Funny how its a photo op when other admins do it tho huh? Lol
This is the literal definition of a photo op – the previous Government got hauled over the coals for anything they did within a hundred yards of a press photographer, let alone a carefully choreographed arrangement like this. Where’s the outrage now?
Thank you, greatly, Premier, for showing that Dunkley “person” HOW to treat human beings. Bermudians have not forgotten the nastiness of Dunkley and his “group”. Paying for a new wall at Somerset Cricket Club IS NOT the real human way in treating us Bermudians.
One can only assume that the use of money is a great way to BUY Bermudians.
Humph!!
Else for that pepper spray issue! Bermudians, do not forget that not one single human being in oba owned up to anything. So……forget that money used to build that wall at Somerset Cricket Club.
Dunkley simply looking and searching for a way back so that Bermudians embrace him!!!
NO!!!
