Updates: Bermuda Defeat Sint Maarten 12 – 0

[Updated] The Bermuda Senior Men’s National Football Team is set to play against Sint Maarten at the National Sports Center this evening [Oct 12], with the game forming part of the CONCACAF Nations League Qualifier.

Many of the island’s top footballers will be in action tonight, with multiple professional footballers having traveled home for the game, flying in from locations including England, Estonia, Sweden, and Iceland.

Bermuda’s team, as announced by the BFA, will include Jahquil Hill, Zeiko Lewis, Dante Leverock, Wendell Tre Ming, Dale Eve, Lejaun Simmons, William White, Cecoy Robinson, Jaylon Bather, Reginald Lambe, Daren Usher, Jonte Smith, Donte Brangman, Tevahn Tyrrell, Liam Evans, Roger Lee, Osagi Bascome, Casey Castle, Willie Clemons, Marco Warren, London Steede-Jackson and Calon Minors.

The staff include Kyle Lightbourne – Head Coach, Ray Jones – Assistant Coach, Brendalee White – Team Manager, John Moreira – Goal Keeper Coach, Duane Dickinson – Kit Manager and Craig Brown – Apex Physio. Gates open at 5.30pm and the match will start at 7.30pm. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at ptix.bm or at the Clyde Best Center of Excellence.

    This clearly achieved absolutely nothing, dragging an U20 side over who wouldn’t defeat a decent Corona League Side.

    Realize a qualifier but $25 to watch this? No wonder there was nobody there.
