Crime Stoppers 5K Fun Run & Walk On Oct 21
Argus and Crime Stoppers will hold its 21st Annual 5k Fun Run and Walk on Sunday, October 21.
A spokesperson said, “On October 21st, 2018 Argus and Crime Stoppers will hold its 21st Annual 5k Fun Run and Walk. We encourage the entire community to take part in this family friendly event. All are welcome.
“Zumba instructors from The Athletic Club will be on hand prior to the event to lead participants in a fun warm up preparation for the races. The juniors race [1.5k] will begin at 8am and the adult race [5k] will begin 8:30am. Both races will assemble in front of the Argus Building on Wesley Street.
“Race numbers are to be collected on Saturday October 20th between 10am and 12noon from the Argus Building on Wesley Street. Late registration will be also available at this time.

“A number of prizes have been secured for this event some of which include:
- Grotto Bay one night stay with breakfast
- The Reefs one night stay
- 1. CoCo Reef weekend stay for two
- 2. Hamilton Princess & Beach Club – dinner for two at Marcus

- 4. $1000.00 prize for the school with the most registrants
