Conway Finishes 5th In Age Group In Mexico
Bermuda’s Carolyn Conway finished 5th in the over 60 age group at the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Los Cabos, Mexico, crossing the line of the 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and 13.1-mile running race in a time of 6.57.06.
Ms Conway said she was “delighted to get 5th in over 60 age group,” adding that it “was a challenging race with a rough swim in Sea of Cortez and a very hilly bike course followed by a blistering hot half marathon.”
