Fire Service Extinguish Vehicle Fire In Paget

[Updated] Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service personnel responded to a vehicle fire this morning [Nov 12] in the Tribe Road #5, Paget area.

Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service Staff Officer Sergeant Allan Wilkinson said, “Fire dispatch received a call via 911 at 5:21am reporting a car fire in Paget. Upon arrival firefighters noticed a car involved in fire. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and are on scene now wetting down hot spots. Investigators will be making inquiries into the cause.”

Bermuda Police Service personnel are also on scene.

Update 6.15am: BFRS confirm that the car and a motorcycle were destroyed in the fire.
