Court: Man Charged With Sexual Assault
Appearing in in Magistrates’ Court, a 41-year-old-man was charged with sexually assaulting two girls.
According to ZBM, the man, who cannot be named at this stage for legal reasons, is charged with allegedly committing the offences after trespassing into the Brangman Care Home in Devonshire on November 24, 2018.
The defendant was not required to enter a plea as the matter must be heard in the Supreme Court, and he was remanded into custody, and is set to re-appear in Court in the new year.
