Gales With Storm Force Gusts To Affect Island
Gales with storm force gusts are expected to affect Bermuda overnight with the Bermuda Weather Service issuing a gale warning valid for late this evening [Dec 9] until Monday evening.
A Ministry spokesperson said, “The Ministry of National Security is advising the public that due to a low pressure system moving into our area, gales with storm force gusts are expected to affect Bermuda overnight.
“The public are advised to use extra care and caution when moving around during the early morning hours as there may be debris on the streets.
