Somers Share Repurchases For November
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited a financial services investment holding company, announced its Share Repurchase Notification and Total Shares in Issue during month of November 2018.
The full filing stated, “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of November 2018, Somers purchased 100 of its own common shares at an average cost of $16.00 per share.
“These Shares have been cancelled. The number of common shares in issue as at November 30, 2018 was 20,057,517 [net of 100 treasury shares].”
