West Hamilton Block Party Set For Wednesday
The second annual Block Party in West Hamilton is set to be held on Wednesday [Dec 19] from 5.00pm to 8.00pm, with local boutiques and restaurants participating.
A spokesperson said, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year. West Hamilton boutiques and restaurants, located on Bermudiana, Par-la-Ville and Front Street, have joined forces once again for their second annual Block Party. The festivities take place on Wednesday, December 19 from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
“This year promises to be bigger and merrier with even more boutiques and restaurants participating than last year, as well as a larger grand prize draw that is worth $850. Please be sure to visit each store, as you will be entered into our grand prize draw with each purchase.”
“For a busy non-shopper like me, last year’s Block Party was my chance to do most of my Christmas shopping in one go from a cluster of stores known for their Bermuda made, Bermuda designed and carefully curated products,” said Kevin Dallas, CEO of Bermuda Tourism Authority.
“Last year was such a huge success and so much fun for us and the West Hamilton community that when I was asked to put on my organizing cap once again, along with Andrea from & PARTNERS, I jumped at the opportunity. This is a great occasion for us to say thank you to our customers and remind them of the wonderful shopping and dining options West Hamilton has to offer”, says Alexandra Mosher, Owner and Designer at Alexandra Mosher Studio Jewellery.

The newest establishment on the block, Utopia Eatery, said, “We are really excited to be joining our neighborhood partners in this event. Diners can enjoy one complimentary glass of a special Rosé cocktail with any entree if you book a table at least 24hrs in advance and provide a receipt of purchase from participating block party vendors.”
Donna Daniels, Owner of Milan Milan, said, “We are looking forward to welcoming new and returning customers to share a taste of Italy, product sampling and on the night specials made for a fun evening.”
