From Warwick Academy Down Morgan’s Road & Harbour Road, Warwick
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that there will be a road closure for Morgan’s Road and part of Harbour Road in Warwick for the Warwick Academy 5K Fun Run.
Morgan’s Road will be closed from Warwick Academy Exit near Middle Road until Harbour Road, and Harbour Road will be closed from Morgan’s Road heading west to just past Tamarind Vale Road in Warwick parish.
This 5K Fun Run will take place on Sunday, 3rd February 2019 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm.
Motorists are asked to avoid this road closure sections and to use alternative routes via Middle Road, Keith Hall Road, and Longford Road for the duration of this event.
The traffic control will be under direction of the Warwick Academy representatives. In addition, the Bermuda Police are hereby authorized to ‘Close off’ or ‘Open’ streets or portion of streets and restrict the authorize parking as the Commissioner of Police decides.
Access along these sections of road closures will be restricted to emergency vehicles and residents only.
This Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.

This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) The Bermuda Post Office Notice 2019.
Deposit of information statement
Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Bermuda Post Office information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—
the offices of the Bermuda Post Office
the Bermuda Archives; and
the Bermuda National Library,
and shall come into operation on 11 January 2019.

In pursuance of the provisions of section 40 [2] of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, as modified by the Municipalities [Election] Order 2011, an Advanced Poll will be held at Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship terminal, St. George’s on the 31 of January 2019 between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm for electors who are eligible to vote at the above extraordinary municipal election and who are intending to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda, on polling day.
Certificates for this advanced poll will be available from the Parliamentary Registry from the 24th to the 31st of January during regular business hours, with extended opening hours until 8 pm on Thursday, 31 of January 2019.
Each applicant for a certificate must satisfy the Registrar that he is on the Parliamentary Register and that he intends to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda on polling day.
