26 Goals Scored In Ball Hockey Triple Header

Bermuda Ball Hockey league action recently took place at the PCC Hockey Rink with a triple header that produced 26 goals.

Guelph Storm 4 – Red Deer Rebels 2

The first game was a resumption of a match that was halted due to rain earlier in the season, with the Guelph Storm eventually winning 4 – 2 over the Red Deer Rebels.

The two teams were scoreless at the end of the first period, with Nathan Kowalski scoring the lone goal in the second period as the Guelph Storm held a 1 – 0 lead with just one period to play.

The Guelph Storm outscored the Red Deer Rebels 3 – 2 in the third period, with Adrian Stromberg scoring twice and Christopher Merritt adding the other, while Warren Miller and Shannon Gosse scored for the Red Deer Rebels.

Guelph Storm 4 – Red Deer Rebels 6

The second game of the night saw 10 goals scored, as the Red Deer Rebels defeated the Guelph Storm 6 – 4. Matt Katzsch led the Red Deer Rebels to victory with two goals, while Olli Foxley, Warren Miller, Paul Debarros and Anthony Kapsimalis each added a goal; Christopher Merritt scored all four goals for the Guelph Storm.

Rimouski Oceanic 3 – Worchester Railers 7

The final game of the night saw the Worchester Railers defeat the Rimouski Oceanic 7 – 3.

The Worchester Railers got three goals from Andrew Bonner, while Christopher Jackson and Joel Neal both scored twice.

Rimouski Oceanic got two goals from Matthew Benson, with Brian Keats adding the other.
