Not paying into the sinking fund is no different to not making the minimum payments on a credit card. Why not go the whole way and copy a previous PLP financial genius and stop paying into the Government pension fund. That will “save” another $60m.
They have copied Paula Cox method of making ends meet. Just don’t pay your bills.
So Obvious, they just don’t know how to handle money..
