The Crime Stoppers Weekend Film Experience is being held at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] this weekend, with the opening film, “The Favourite”, already sold out and limited tickets left for the remaining films.

A spokesperson said, “This weekend, [February 28 to March 3] the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute will host the Weekend Film Experience of carefully curated high caliber movies.

“The Weekend Film Experience, programmed by Bermudian film professional Andrew Stoneham, boasts a top class line up of films. This eclectic selection of films is sure to provide something for everyone.

“We are very excited to have such a stellar grouping of films this year. The Favourite, our opening film, won an Academy award last night in which Olivia Colman took home the Oscar for Best Actress.
