Cruise Passenger Fee Bill Tabled In Parliament

Two documents were tabled in the House of Assembly today [March 6] including the Miscellaneous Taxes Amendment Bill 2019 and the Bermuda Tourism Authority Amendment Bill 2019, which pertain to implementing a “cruise ship passenger fee to be payable to the Bermuda Tourism Authority in respect of passengers departing Bermuda by passenger ship in the amount of $16 per passenger in
respect of visits between 1 April and 31 October.”
