Simons Officiates Two Nations Cup Matches
In addition to the Bermuda Men’s National Football team making an excellent showing to advance to the Concacaf Gold Cup, Bermuda was also involved in the prestigious regional competition in another manner, as Bermuda Football Association Referee Assistant Tashun Simons officiated two Concacaf Nations League matches.
Simmons served as an official for qualifying matches at the Raymond E. Guishard Technical Centre, that saw Bonaire defeat the British Virgin Islands 2 – 1, and US Virgin Islands defeated Anguilla 3 – 0.
