Photos & Video: FEI Jumping World Challenge

Under ideal weather conditions, the third and final competition of the 2019 FEI Jumping World Challenge [FEI JWC] was held at the National Equestrian Centre on Saturday, 9th March.

In Category A, [1.20 – 1.30m] Philip Correia riding Emerson incurred 4 faults and a time of 62.93.

Vicki Steele riding All in One claimed first place in the Category B division [1.10 – 1.20m]. This team had no faults and a time of 65.19 thus narrowly beating out Competition 1 & 2 winner, Courtney Bromby, who also had clear rounds in but in a slower time of 67.12.

New comer to the FEI JWC, Cody Rego and his horse Casanova continued to dominate the Category C division [1.00 – 1.10m] by, once again, securing the first place with no faults in a time of 61.52.

Judging competition #3 was FEI Judge Sara McCartney of Trinidad and Tobago well as Local FEI Judge Judy Hagen.

The 2019 FEI Jumping World Challenge comprises of three separate jumping competitions. The previous two events were held on 17th February, 2nd & 9th March. The FEI’s Individual, Regional and World rankings are determined from the best results from two of the three events. These results will be provided shortly.
