Photo Set #2: World Triathlon Bermuda Races

The World Triathlon Festival Weekend was held with the three day event involving an opening ceremony, RenaissanceRe Kids Duathlon, amateur age group races, plus the male and female elite races which featured some of the world’s top professional triathletes from different countries.

France’s Dorian Coninix finished first in the Elite Men’s Race with a time of 1:50:36. Spanish triathlete Javier Gomez Noya placed second with a time of 1:50:38 next to Gustav Iden from Norway who recorded third with the same time of 1:50:38.

The Elite Women’s Race saw Katie Zaferes from USA secure a convincing win with a time of 1:59:52. Jessica Learmonth from Great Britain placed second with a time of 2:01:33 while Joanna Brown from Canada grabbed third place with a time of 2:02:05.
