Parliament: Order Of Business For July 5th

The House of Assembly will be in session on Friday [July 5] and statements scheduled to be delivered include the tabling of the annual Financial Statements of the Regulatory Authority, the Sandys 360 PATI Request, the Bermuda Housing Corporation Home Start Programme, the Report on International Labour Organization Conference and the Modernisation of Bermuda’s Labour Laws, 2019 Senior School Graduations and more.

    Looks like Burch thinks PATI doesn’t apply to the PLP.

    So Minister Burch has said he will not release the Sandys 360 Report. He needs to remember he is a servant of the people not a dictator. Hopefully the PATI Commissioner will take appropriate legal action to get the Report released.

    It will be interesting to hear the Hon Col Burchs PATI response to the failed Sandys 360 community project. We deserve to know where our money went, how it was spent (or mis-spent) and how things went so wrong so that we do not make the same mistakes again.
