157 Young Runners Compete In MAAC Dash
The MAAC Dash at Sunset took place at the National Sports Center, with 157 youngsters competing in the various age groups.
Jaeda Grant won the 10-11 Girls race with a time of 5:49, Keyandae Lightbourne was second clocking 6:39 and Dayasha Dill finished third with a time of 6:58.
The 10-11 Boys race was won by Tom Hyland who was clocked at 6:01, Christian Piney was second in 6:05 and Connor Hupman finished third with a time of 6:15.
In the Girls 8-9 Age Group, Kelise Wade crossed the line first with a time of 4:53, Jaylen Lewis was second clocking 5:07 and Zyari Lawrence was third in 5:18.
Chavi Pacheco Hill won the 8-9 Boys Age Group race with a time of 4:21, Ta’han Eve was second in a time of 4:25 and Carter Thomas finished third with a time of 4:26.
