Advancing Women Leaders Programme
The Advancing Women Leaders Assessment and Development Programme will be held on Tuesday, October 29 from 9.30am to 4.00pm at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel.
A spokesperson said, “There are traits and limitations that are specific to women leaders that have long been unspoken. These will be explored throughout the upcoming Advancing Women Leaders programme. Women are often leaders in the home and their communities. However, these skillsets are sometimes difficult to transfer into the corporate world.
“There are several characteristics that are critical to understand, in order to translate this success to the often-high-pressured workplace environments.
“The Advancing Women Leaders Assessment and Development Programme will explore these dynamics. The session will be held on Tuesday, October 29 from 9.30am to 4.00pm at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel.”
“Each participate will complete 20 hours of content in total, beginning with completing The Advancing Women Leaders Self-Assessment. They will receive a 45-page personalized report [global assessment is available through international partner, with a database of thousands of participants worldwide].
“Key characteristics explored during the programme include;
- The six critical competences essential for women to ascend the leadership ranks
- The seven hurdles women must scale to achieve equality and advancement
- The impact of the inner critic
- A summary of the full 360° programmes [including gender neutral options]
“Following the day-long event, attendees will work with the facilitator one-on-one to create personal development plans using the feedback from their assessment results.
“Women in Senior Management roles seeking to advance their career or enhance their position are encouraged to attend.”
