BBA Elite City League: Hornets & Falcons Win
The Bermuda Basketball Association’s Elite City League season continued with a double header inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium.
Game 1 saw the BGA Hornets defeat the Storm 80 – 48, the Hornets were led the victory by Kevin Stephens who scored 37 points, he had 14 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals and 1 blocked shot, while the Storm were led by Gershon Kurt who had 22 points, 15 rebounds, 1 steal and 2 blocked shots.
Game 2 saw the Falcons defeat the Warriors 60 – 49. John Lee would lead the Falcons with 13 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals, while the Warriors were led by Zavante Garnett who also had 13 points, he also had 3 rebounds and 2 steals.
