Bermuda Championship Announces Junior Clinic

The Bermuda Golf Association and Bermuda Professional Golfers’ Association are getting set to host a junior clinic for all youth 17 years and under on Sunday [Oct 27] at 2.00pm on the practice area at Port Royal Golf Course.

A spokesperson said, “The junior clinic will feature Bermudian golfers Dwayne Pearman, Jarryd Dillas, Kenny Leseur, and Michael Sims. Kim Swan will emcee alongside the four Bermudians competing in the inaugural event. All juniors are asked to bring one iron, one wood, and a putter to participate in activities.

“The inaugural Bermuda Championship is a four-round 72-stroke play tournament with a $US 3 million purse. The field will consist of 120 PGA Tour professionals, and the winner will receive 300 FedExCup points. Fans can easily purchase tickets online through the tournament’s website.
