Golf: Pearman Leads BPGA Pre Qualifier Major
The Bermuda Professional Golf Association held the first round of the Bermuda Championship Pre Qualifier Major at Belmont Hills.
The course was played under some tough conditions with 20kt winds and lightning fast greens.
Dwayne Pearman is the first round leader after shooting a well-played 1-under par 69, and Ocean View Professional Brian Morris is in second place with a 4-over par 74.
Chaka Desilva, the reigning BPGA and Johnnie Walker Champion, rounded out the top 3 with a round of 5-over par 75.
