Bermudian goalkeeper Nathan Trott earned the FansBet Man of the Match award after helping AFC Wimbledon record a 1-0 victory, with the club noting he “made several fine saves to keep a clean sheet.”
The club’s report said, “Nathan Trott earned deserved recognition for his performance today by receiving the FanBet Man of the Match award.
“The goalkeeper helped Wimbledon to a 1-0 victory against Portsmouth and afterwards he was presented with a bottle of Champagne from match sponsors Tempus Delay Analysis.
“Nathan made several fine saves to keep a clean sheet versus Pompey and his contribution turned out to be crucial with Terell Thomas heading home a last-gasp winner.”
