Registrar Advisory On Private Acts Companies
The Registrar, as part of its international obligations is conducting an audit of Private Act incorporations.
A Government spokesperson said, “All entities incorporated pursuant to a Private Act which are not administered by a corporate service provider are being asked to provide the Registrar with the following information:-
- “The governing Private Act,
- “The Memorandum of Association
- “The current activity of the Company/Body Corporate
“We would request that such entities provide the above information to the Registrar no later than 7th October, 2019.
