Win Free Tickets To ‘The Three Rs’ Concert
In commemoration of the arrival of the first Portuguese immigrants in Bermuda, a concert event dubbed ‘The Three Rs’ will be held on Sunday, November 3 at the #1 Car Park in Hamilton, featuring performances by Romaine Virgo, Richie Campbell, and more, with Bernews giving away four pairs of free tickets – a total of eight – to the show.
The giveaways will be held on the Bernews Facebook page, with a total of four giveaways to take place between now and October 31.
A spokesperson said, “On November 3, we will be celebrating the Portuguese contribution to Bermuda and the holiday with a special concert.
“This event, dubbed ‘The Three Rs’, will feature reggae superstar Romaine Virgo and his nine piece band. We will also feature Richie Campbell and his 12 piece band live from Portugal. Mr. Campbell is one of the most in-demand artists in Europe.
“He consistently sells out stadiums and arenas all over Europe with his special blend of reggae and R&B.”

“Rounding out our international talent is the iconic reggae grandmaster DJ Rodigan from England. He will be making his return to Bermuda after more than a decade. We will also feature local artist C’Daynger, along with DJ Rusty G and YGS.
“The event will take place at the #1 Car Park in the City of Hamilton under the tent. Gates will be opened at 8.00pm. General tickets are $85 and VIP tickets are $200; VIP includes an open bar, a full meal, separate line, and parking.
