Maycock Misses Second World Cup Bowling Cut
David Maycock has missed the second cut at the 55th QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup in Indonesia.
The top eight advanced as Maycock finished with a total pin count of 6,643 pins, a number that placed him ninth overall after 32 rounds.
Maycock and the qualifiers bowled eight games on the day. In the first game of the day and the 25th of the tournament, Maycock bowled a 184; that was followed by a 236. In his third game of the day and the 27th of the tournament, Maycock bowled a 258; he then bowled a 191, followed by a 222, and a 201 in the 30th game.
In his seventh game, Maycock bowled a 211, before closing out with a 190 in the final game of the round. He missed the second cut by 67 pins.
