Woman Arrested After Stabbing At Gulfstream

[Updated] A 29-year-old woman was arrested after an incident at the Gulfstream rooming house in the east end which resulted in a man being stabbed and another woman’s neck being scratched.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 8:20pm Saturday, November 23rd police and fellow first responders were dispatched to a reported stabbing at the Gulfstream multi-unit rooming house on Tommy Fox Road in St. George’s.

“It appears that two individuals – believed to be a 34-year-old St. George’s man and a 29-year-old St. George’s woman – were involved in a verbal dispute which turned physical, with the woman apparently stabbing the man in his upper torso with a knife.

“It was also reported that the 29-year-old woman got into a scuffle with a 28-year-old St. George’s woman, scratching the younger woman’s neck during the incident.

“Security personnel at the premises intervened, detaining the 29-year-old woman and seizing the knife until police arrived.

“It is understood that the three residents involved are known to each other.

“Emergency medical technicians provided first aid to the 34-year-old man on site, before he was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of his injury. He was later discharged.

“The scene has been processed.

“The 29-year-old woman was arrested and remains in police custody at this time, pending further inquiries by the Criminal Investigation Department.

“A court appearance is anticipated in due course.”

Update November 25, 12.42pm: A police spokesperson said, “A 29-year-old female resident of the Gulfstream multi-unit rooming house arrested for stabbing a 34-year-old male resident around 8:20pm Saturday, November 23rd has been released on police bail, pending further inquiries by the Criminal Investigation Department.”

          well Gulfstream is not a real house. housing is the root of many of the ills we face in Bermuda. A man is not a man if he can not provide shelter his female to expand and start a family with that female. this is one of the reasons a lot of guys just roam impregnating whatever they find.

          This is why i came up with a solution build a new type of house boat that can submerge and anchor it self on the sea floor as well as connect with others of its kind and create communities similar to Atlantis.
