Lone Star Brahmas 4 Allen Americans 3
The Lone Star Brahmas edged the Allen Americans 4 – 3 in the opener. The Lone Star Brahmas got single strikes from Matthew Benson, Chris Cairns, Chad Cundliffe and Andrew Leavy, while the Allen Americans got 2 goals off the stick of Jeffrey Ingelman and a single strike from Ian Beaudion.
Manitoba Moose 2 Red Army 3
The Red Army won the nightcap edging the Manitoba Moose 3 – 2. The Red Army got two goals from Bill Calko and a single strike from Christopher Merritt, while Andrew Bonner scored both goals for the Manitoba Moose.
