Voting For Christmas Window Contest Open
The City of Hamilton announced that public voting for the People’s Choice award is now open for the Christmas Window Decorating contest.
A spokesperson said, “Sixteen Hamilton retailers are participating in the contest and the public is encouraged to visit their store fronts and ‘like’ their favourite on the City of Hamilton’s FaceBook album that showcases the competition windows.
“Participating stores include Alexandra Mosher Studio Jewellery, Gibbons Home Store, Ocean Ave, TABS, Davidrose Studio, Riihiluoma’s Flying Colours, Uniquely Yours, Goslings’s Limited on Front Street, Flowers by GiMi, Urban Cottage, Gibbons Company Main Store, The Island Shop, People’s Pharmacy, 1609 Design, &Partners and Demco to Go.
“A panel of industry professionals will judge the windows and award the Best Window 2019 but the public’s favourite, based on the FaceBook ‘likes’ will win the People’s Choice Award.
“Public voting is open to everyone and will end on December 13th at 12pm with the winners announced that evening. The overall winner with the Best Window will win a $1000.00 BELCO voucher and bonus marketing opportunities whilst the People’s Choice Award winner will receive a $350.00 gift certificate to Master’s.”
