Report: Nottingham Forest Interested In Wells
Speculation and reports of football transfers continue as the end of the January transfer window looms, with the latest report indicating that Nottingham Forest is also interested in signing Bermudian footballer Nahki Wells.
According to SkySports, “Nottingham Forest have joined the race for Burnley striker Nahki Wells. The East Midlands club have followed Bristol City in making an approach to the Clarets over a permanent deal.
“Wells is currently on loan at Queens Park Rangers but the deal contains a recall option this month.
“The 29-year-old’s Burnley contract expires in the summer but does include an option to extend for a further year.”
The Bermudian striker is currently on loan to QPR where he has been in impressive form, scoring over a dozen goals and maintaining the highest shots on target percentage in the Championship League so far in the 2019/20 season.
