BF&M: Open For Business By Phone & Online
In light of the global outbreak of Covid-19 and in support of Bermuda’s efforts to limit any possible transmission, BF&M is closing its offices to walk-in customers and staff from Wednesday, March 18th, however will provide their services via phone and online.
A spokesperson said, “In light of the global outbreak of COVID-19 and in support of Bermuda’s efforts to limit the transmission of the virus, BF&M is closing its offices to walk-in customers and staff from Wednesday, March 18th, until further notice. However BF&M will remain open for business by phone and online.
“Customers will be able to continue to reach BF&M by phone at +1 441 295 5566 or online at www.bfm.bm.”
John Wight, Group Chairman and CEO of BF&M Limited, states: “While this is largely unchartered territory for us all, we are committed to doing everything we can to limit the transmission of this virus. We are also committed to being there for our customers when they need us.
“We are adjusting the way we operate so that our customer service teams are set up to answer customers’ calls and service their business remotely. We urge our customers to stay updated about our COVID-19 response efforts and BF&M’s services here. This is a time to work together as a community, to do everything we can to help contain the spread of COVID-19.”
