all barbers should be tested before offering services no one should go to barber shops if they are sic.
on the real though i aint worried bout no hair cut i have things of greater important to worry about like getting my garden up and ruining to help provide obstruction free food for my family
sending money services should be fast tracked for opening for none locals that need to send funds home for their families that are most likely in need of their support at this time in the home countries
