RA Seek Feedback: Communications Licences
The Regulatory Authority [RA] is inviting the public to provide feedback on the newly published Preliminary Report regarding the issuance of new communications licences.
A spokesperson said, “The Regulatory Authority [RA] has today published its Preliminary Report on the criteria, conditions, requirements and procedures necessary for qualified new applicants to receive a Communications Operating Licence [COL] and Integrated Communications Operating Licence [ICOL] to provide communication services in the local marketplace.
“The public, including electronic communications sectoral participants, sectoral providers, and other interested parties are invited to review the Report and provide their feedback on the potential issuance of multiple applications for new ICOLs, and the proposed issuance of a new SubCOL on or before 11:59 p.m. on July 20, 2020.
