Update (1750ET): In what would be potentially precedent-setting action for Democratic mayors of cities in the hardest hit parts of the Sun Belt (and beyond), Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms is reportedly preparing to roll back the city’s reopening plans all the way to Phase 1, which would require residents to remain at home except for essential trips.

Most of the above information is repetitive and irrelevant because it doesn’t change. What does need to be announced is how may of the total tests are from flights and which flights. How many are tourists and how many are residents. The Government is receiving a lot of negative comments regarding the opening of the airport. Breaking down the stats would probably help to show that of the X number of arrivals only Y are positive. But no, the Government wants to keep all that secret to its own detriment.

Why did the idiot government decide to allow flights from the US, the global hotspot of the pandemic? And right after they were “celebrating” way too soon last week when we got back to zero active cases. That didn’t last long. Europe knows what it’s doing- ban travellers from the US.

Your such a dumb a%# you really believe the virus will be gone in 2 + years! Life has to return to some form of normality. No govt can close the borders indefinitely. If you don’t agree move to another country and when you land ask them if all passengers that arrive are being tested. I doubt it!!

If you really believe the PLP screwed up, just imagine if the OBA was still in charge.

I’m imaging a debt free island…with less homophobia.

Instead, we got racism, debt and PLP homophobia.
