‘SIP Series’ Virtual Workshop Set For Thursday
An online event dubbed ‘SIP Series: Healthy Doesn’t Have To Be Hard!’ with Agathe Holowatinc will be held live on Zoom on Thursday [July 16] at 5.30pm, with the event to serve as a fundraiser for the Family Centre.
The Family Centre website said, “It’s summertime! Join integrative nutrition health coach and healthy food chef Agathe Holowatinc, along with the adorable 6-year-old Gabriel Outerbridge Perozzi, in making his favourite sweet warm weather treat – FUELLED summertime popsicles.
“These cool and delicious popsicles – they’ll make them in both Mango Coconut and Berry Berry flavours – are loaded with immunity-boosting vitamins, anti-aging antioxidants, and body-building minerals, to name just a few nutritional benefits, and they can whipped up in minutes to show you that you that healthy doesn’t have to be hard.
“Get inspired to expand your taste buds and discover that real food can be really good and really easy to make. It’s a fun cooking adventure and the best part is that you’ll get to eat everything you make if you pick up your groceries in advance and make them along with Agathe and Gabriel during this class in our SIP Series of virtual workshops.
“This recipe is free of the most common food-based allergens: gluten-free, lactose-free [i.e. free of dairy from cow’s milk], processed sugar-free, egg-free, soy-free, peanut-free, trans fat-free. This class is great for families with kids, athletes, and couples and singles.
