Two Males Arrested Following A “Disturbance”

Two males were arrested following a “disturbance involving three males one of whom was reportedly in possession of a bladed article” at Horseshoe Bay this afternoon [July 30], the police have confirmed.

A police spokesperson said, “At approximately 3:30pm on Thursday 30th July, personnel from the Royal Bermuda Regiment, on duty at Horseshoe Bay parking lot, reported a disturbance involving three males, one of whom was reportedly in possession of a bladed article.

“That individual along with another male suspect left the area in a motorcar, which was subsequently located at a private residence in Southampton.

“The two male suspects who were also at that location, were arrested and transported by police to the Hamilton Police Station.

“There were no reported injuries during the initial incident which is now being investigated.

“Anyone with information is asked to call 211 or the main police number 295-0011.”

    Good work by the Bermuda Regiment and Police Service..some folks actually left home packing ! ! ! or it seems..or did they simply grab a knife off a nearby picnic table.
