BCB Cricket Top Players Of The Weekend
Following yet another weekend of Premier and First Division cricket – in which Somerset Cricket Club’s Kamau Leverock continued to be the top scorer — we take a look at the top performers.
Leverock scored 75, off 31 balls he hit 8 fours and 6 sixes, while Tre Manders from the Southampton Rangers scored 65 to be the second-highest scorer. Three players scored 61; Chris Douglas from the Somerset Cricket Club, Coolidge Durham from Bailey’s Bay, and Dean Simons from St. David’s Cricket Club all reached the mark to be the third-highest scorers, Douglas was not out.
In the bowling department, Janeiro Tucker from the Southampton Rangers returned figures of 3-0-9-4, with figures of 3-1-06-3 saw Logan Jones representing Flatt’s Victoria was the second-best bowler and Jamar Stovel from Warwick Workmen’s Club was the third-best bowler of the weekend with figures of 3.3-0-14-3.
